Diagnosis and Repair
1.) Email our office or call us and describe the problem. In many cases, the treadmill repair can be completed on one single visit, saving you, the customer, the initial diagnostic fee.
2.) An appointment will be scheduled and our factory-trained tech will arrive on-site to diagnose the problem and will attempt to repair the treadmill on the 1st trip. If no parts need to be replaced or ordered, then one labor charge for 1 trip and your repair is complete!
3.) If we do determine that repair parts need to be ordered, we will schedule a 2nd visit once the parts arrive. A repair labor charge (2nd visit) will apply, plus the cost of the repair parts. The new parts will be installed, your treadmill thoroughly tested, and the treadmill repair is complete!
